Section 266
<br> compensation to be determined
In a case where compensation can be obtained according to the law, if the concerned person has claimed compensation, the court shall determine the compensation while deciding the case.
(2) Except as otherwise provided by law, the following matters shall be considered while determining the compensation in accordance with sub-section (1):-
(a) Actual loss due to damage (b) loss in income caused by the damage (c) additional loss, damage suffered by reason of the damage.
(3) In determining the compensation according to sub-section (1), the compensation shall be determined only on the basis of ascertaining the actual damage caused or likely to be caused due to the violation of someone's rights or interests, and compensation shall not be determined on hypothetical matters.
(2) Except as otherwise provided by law, the following matters shall be considered while determining the compensation in accordance with sub-section (1):-
